JB Hi-Fi HOME Homebush

Very rude customer service from the staff. I would never ever come to buy anything from this store anymore. I had been a jbhifi customer since 2008 i every time buy most of my gadgets from this Homebush store even though it’s quite far from where I live I use to Visit this store because of its huge shop and lots of choices and options to choose from. But yesterday I visited this store with my brother to buy a smart Tv. The time was around 5pm in the evening we was approached by the guy working in there, first question we asked him about the tv price what is the best deal he can give us for the 55inch Hisense tv, his answer was straight no deal on any of the Tvs in his rude voice, secondly we asked him about the 2yrs jbhifi extended warranty price he told us it’s about 150$...it was quite strange coz the price was bit high for the warranty and we told him to double check on the price then it came to be 129$, so we told him you’re the sales person so we are a customer so all we want to know is is there any deals you can give us on that tv that we were going to buy Any how coz we liked it very much, he looked pissed off with us coz we caught him giving us wrong values and information about the items, thirdly he told us you guys don’t understand there is no deal at all in a very rude voice and also told us This -“i go to Mc Donald’s once a week I don’t bargain for the special deals in there”. Look jbhifi Homebush you guys need to be friendly and helpful with your customers rather than behaving childish and rude, what is the point of marketing and advertising your sales and deals all over the internet and booklets where one of your staff cannot even give us a good service and information. And let me tell you guys one thing after that We went to jbhifi Top ryde we bought the same tv And the extended warranty for 2yrs cost us 89$ not 129$ as your rude staff was mentioning to us earlier on that day. We will never visit this store anymore a very bad experience.
